Personal Use, Not Professional Advice

BillMap is built for personal planning, not for professional bookkeeping or tax preparation. You remain responsible for checking due dates, minimum payments, and legal obligations with your providers. The patterns shown in the tool are meant to help you see your schedule more clearly, not to replace official statements.

Changes to the Tool Over Time

We may update layouts, add features, or revise examples as we learn more about how people actually use BillMap. When we make changes, we aim to preserve the core purpose of the tool: helping you see your bills in time and space so that monthly planning feels more manageable.

No Guarantees Around Outcomes

Even with a clear bill map, income changes, emergencies, and unexpected events can affect your finances. By using this site, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee specific financial results or prevent missed payments. The tool is here to support your planning, not to promise outcomes.

Important Clarifications

BillMap does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. The tool helps you organize due dates and visualize your bill schedule. It does not guarantee that payments will clear on time, that provider information is accurate, or that using the tool will prevent late fees. Always confirm due dates, minimum payments, and account status directly with your providers.

Data is stored locally. BillMap does not transmit your bill information to any server. If you clear your browser data or use a different device, your entries will not be available. Use the Export JSON feature regularly to maintain a backup.

The tool may change over time. We may add, modify, or remove features. We aim to preserve the core functionality of bill scheduling and date visualization, but we cannot guarantee specific features will remain unchanged indefinitely.
